DMCA COMPLIANCE POLICY

- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Solar Smash Online has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the website and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
FAIR USE AND COPYRIGHT
Solar Smash Online respects fair use, and we encourage users to consider whether their use of copyrighted material falls under fair use before submitting a DMCA notice. Fair use is a legal doctrine that permits limited use of copyrighted material without acquiring permission from the rights holders. FALSE CLAIMS
Please note that under Section 512 of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Solar Smash Online will not be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from our compliance with the DMCA or our good faith efforts to comply with the DMCA, including without limitation, liability for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data or loss of business information.
MODIFICATION OF POLICY
Solar Smash Online reserves the right to modify, alter or add to this policy, and all users should regularly check back to stay current on any such changes.
